Ridgetop Collision Center did an excellent job on our 2022 Palisade. The work was high quality, the process was smooth, and the vehicle was returned to us looking like new. We’re very pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend them. I can't say enough good things about the customer focused approach to doing business. Many shops today are corporate, and I feel like a number. Not at Ridgetop Collision!

I have a long-overdue rave to give about the folks at Ridgetop! Last year we got caught in the cycle of almost losing my daughter's beloved Camry following a low-speed accident. The first place we ended up had sent in an estimate that instantly deemed the car totaled, and they were about to have it sent to salvage. I posted in a local FB group for help because I was certain the car should have been fixable, but in calling around I hadn't found anyone who was willing to try. Chuck Bobinger responded to me and became the savior of this situation! He walked me through everything I needed to do. They fixed and replaced just what was needed mechanically and aesthetically, for a reasonable cost that ended up less than the settlement. The car was restored beautifully, quite literally "like it never happened." (One advantage of this terribly late review is I can attest that the car has been golden ever since and makes regular road trips.) Suffice it to say if we're ever in this situation again, I will only believe a car is unfixable if Chuck tells me so!

I left my daughter’s Nissan Altima in Ridgetop Collision Center’s care to be repaired after an accident, and it came back looking better than I’ve ever seen it!!! It was smashed in front and back, and they had it looking like a whole new car! James was absolutely incredible throughout the entire experience by staying in touch and letting me know what was going on with the process. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The repair work was impeccable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the middle Tennessee area.
